A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.

The camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.

Entrance fees

Children Policy
- Up to 2 years free of charge.
- Age from 2 and below 5 years : 15% of adult price.
- Age from 5 up to 11 years : 50% of adult price.
- Ages 12 years and up : adult price.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel 5 days before the travel date and you will get full refund.
- Between 4 and 2 days before the travel date a fee of 30% of the total price.
- Less than 2 days before the travel date a fee of 50% of the total price.
- In case of no show no refund.
